How we can work together

Performance Coaching for leaders & Executives

James helps you to get off the dance floor of daily challenges and competing demands, to reflect on what truly matters to you, improve your self-awareness and ability to self-regulate around that vision, and be motivated and accountable to become the best version of yourself.

Career TRansition Coaching for Leaders & Executives

By identifying and managing the essential success factors and key risks associated with transitioning into a new role, whether that be a promotion, appointment to a new leadership position or moving onto to a new career, James supports you to accelerate your comfort and value add in your new context, benefitting both you and the firm.

Wellbeing coaching for leaders & executives

Being attentive to and proactively managing factors both within and outside your control that can lead you to becoming dysregulated and potentially distressed are key to remaining safe and sane in all aspects of your life. James will work with you to identify your specific wellbeing needs and make sure you are able to ‘put on your own oxygen mask first’.
